1. Who we are
Gallorium is developed and published by Luuy Investments Group LLC, a United States limited liability company ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the data described here. For any privacy matter, write to luuyinvestmentsgroupllc@gmail.com.
2. What data we keep
| Data | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Account: your email address, your name and profile picture address, your Google account identifier, and the dates you signed up and last signed in. | Sent by Google when you sign in with your Google account (and by Apple, once we offer "Sign in with Apple"). We never see your password. |
| Player profile: the display name you choose for the game and your date of birth. | You enter them when you create your profile. The date is used to check that you are 18 or older. |
| Game data: your starting rooster, campaign progress, your roosters' experience and stats, and the materials you collect. | Generated by the game as you play. |
| Colosseum (online PvP): your rating, your matches, the actions taken each turn, and your time in the matchmaking queue. | Generated by the game when you fight other players. |
| Technical data: IP address, date and time, and type of each request to our servers. | Logged by our server provider for security and to keep the service running. |
On your device the game stores your session, your email, your player name, your date of birth and a few preferences (for example, whether you have already seen the intro), so it doesn't have to ask every time. They are removed when you uninstall the game.
In your browser. If you sign in to your account on gallorium.app, your browser keeps your session in its local storage (not cookies) so you don't have to sign in again on every page. It is removed when you sign out. On the website you can see your profile and progress, change your display name and delete your account; no data is stored beyond what is listed in this table.
Purchases. Gallorium does not sell anything in-game today. If it ever does, payment will be handled by Google Play or the App Store: we will not receive your card details, only confirmation of what you bought so we can deliver it.
Game engine. Gallorium is built with Unity. Unity Technologies may receive technical engine crash reports, without your account or game data.
3. What we don't do
- We don't show ads or use advertising tools.
- We don't use third-party analytics services to study how you play.
- We don't sell, rent or "share" your data for advertising, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.
- We don't ask for access to your contacts, photos, microphone or location.
4. What we use it for
- Creating your account, signing you in and saving your progress so you can pick up where you left off.
- Checking that you meet the minimum age to play.
- Matching you with other players in the Colosseum, keeping your rating and resolving matches.
- Keeping the game safe and fair: preventing cheating, abuse and unauthorized access.
- Replying when you write to us and handling your privacy requests.
- Complying with the law.
If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, our legal bases are performance of the contract you accept by playing (account, progress, Colosseum), our legitimate interest in a safe and fair game, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
- Other players see your player name, your rooster, your Colosseum rating and what happens in the match they play with you. They never see your email or date of birth.
- Supabase, Inc. provides our database, sign-in and the Colosseum's real-time connection. It processes data on our behalf.
- Google (and Apple, once offered) for sign-in, and the app stores for downloading the game and for purchases, if any.
- Hostinger, which hosts this website.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
- If Luuy Investments Group LLC merges, is sold or transfers the game, the data would pass to the new controller under this same policy, and we would let you know.
6. Where it is stored
Game data is stored on Supabase servers in the United States (us-east-1 region). If you play from another country, your data travels to the United States. Where the law requires it, those transfers rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Your account, profile and progress: for as long as you have the account.
- If you delete it yourself from your account on the web, it is deleted right away; if you ask us to delete it, we do so within 30 days. In Colosseum matches you played with other people, your participation is anonymized so your opponent's history stays intact.
- Technical logs and backups may keep traces for up to 90 more days, after which they are deleted automatically.
- If the law requires us to keep something longer (for example, a purchase record), we keep it only for that purpose.
8. Minors
Gallorium is for players 18 and over only, and the game checks your date of birth before letting you play. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of your data, including in a portable format.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your account and data (how to do it).
- Stop or restrict the use of your data, where the law allows.
Write to luuyinvestmentsgroupllc@gmail.com from your account's email address. We reply within 30 days and charge nothing. If you live in California or another state with its own privacy laws, you have these same rights and we will not treat you differently for using them. If you live in Europe or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
10. Security
Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS). In the database, row-level access rules ensure each player can only change their own data and only sees what the game needs to show about others. No system is perfect, but if a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
11. This website
gallorium.app uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and loads nothing from third parties: fonts and images are served from the site itself. The only exception is your account: if you sign in, your browser keeps your session in its local storage and the page talks to our server provider (Supabase) to read your profile and progress, just like the game does (see section 2). Hostinger, which hosts it, keeps technical logs of visits (IP, date, page requested) for security.
12. Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date, and if the change is significant we will let you know in the game. Questions: luuyinvestmentsgroupllc@gmail.com · Luuy Investments Group LLC.
