Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and Luuy Investments Group LLC ("we", "us") for using the Gallorium game and this site. By creating an account or playing, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the game. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
1. Minimum age
You must be 18 or older to play. When you create your profile, you confirm that the date of birth you give us is true.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your Google account (or Apple, once offered). You are responsible for what happens with your account, so keep access to it safe.
- One account per person. Don't sell, lend or share your account.
- Your player name must not be offensive, impersonate anyone or infringe anyone's rights. We may change it or ask you to change it.
- You can delete your account at any time: how to delete your account.
3. License to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download Gallorium and play it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The game, its characters, art, music, text and code belong to Luuy Investments Group LLC or its licensors, and no ownership is transferred to you.
4. Code of conduct
To keep the Colosseum fair, you may not:
- Use cheats, bots, third-party programs or modified clients.
- Exploit bugs to your advantage instead of reporting them.
- Access or try to access accounts, servers or data that aren't yours, or interfere with the service.
- Fix matches, collude with another player to manipulate ratings, or repeatedly abandon matches on purpose.
- Harass, threaten or impersonate other players.
- Copy, decompile or redistribute the game or its content, except as the law allows.
5. Game content
Roosters, experience, materials, ratings and any other in-game items are part of your license: they are not money, have no value outside the game, and cannot be sold, traded or transferred. We may adjust them (for example, to balance combat) and reset seasonal ratings.
6. Purchases
There are no in-game purchases today. If we add them, they will be made through Google Play or the App Store, under their payment and refund terms, and what you buy will be game content under section 5. Nothing here limits the rights consumer law in your country gives you.
7. Fantasy, not gambling
Gallorium's roosters are mythic creatures. The game has no blood or injury, does not promote real animal fighting, and does not allow betting money or anything of real-world value.
8. A game in development
Gallorium is in development. We may change, add or remove features, carry out maintenance, or stop offering the game. If we shut the service down, we will give reasonable advance notice in the game or on this site.
9. Suspension and account closure
If you break these terms, we may warn you, remove content or rating gained by cheating, or suspend or close your account, in proportion to what you did. If you think we got it wrong, write to us.
10. Warranties and liability
We provide Gallorium "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee it will always work or be error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or game content, or what other players do. Our total liability to you will not exceed what you paid us in the previous 12 months, or US$50 if you paid us nothing. Some laws don't allow these limitations; in that case they apply only as far as permitted.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Before making any claim, write to us so we can try to resolve it.
12. Changes
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is significant, let you know in the game. Continuing to play afterwards means you accept them.
