Delete your Gallorium account
You can delete your Gallorium account and its associated data at any time, yourself on the web or by asking us by email. You don't need to give a reason, and it costs nothing.
On the web, right away
- Sign in to your account with the same Google account you play with.
- In the "Account" section, tap "Delete account" and type your player name to confirm.
- The account is deleted right then, in the game and on the web.
By email
- Email luuyinvestmentsgroupllc@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in to the game (your Google account's), so we know the account is yours.
- Use the subject "Delete my Gallorium account" and, if you remember it, include your player name.
- We'll confirm we received your request and let you know once the account is deleted. It takes at most 30 days.
If you write from a different address, we'll ask you to confirm from your account's address before deleting anything.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email, name, profile picture and Google identifier.
- Your player profile: player name and date of birth.
- Your game data: starting rooster, campaign progress, your roosters' experience and stats, and materials.
- Your Colosseum rating and your place in the matchmaking queue.
What is kept, and for how long
- Colosseum matches you played against other people stay in your opponent's history, but with nothing that identifies you.
- Technical logs and backups may keep traces for up to 90 days; after that they are deleted automatically.
- If there are ever purchases, each purchase record is kept only as long as the law requires.
Only want to delete some data
You can also ask us to delete specific data without closing your account, or for a copy of what we hold about you. Write to the same address and tell us what you need. Everything is explained in the privacy policy.
Uninstalling the game removes the data stored on your phone, but it does not delete your account: for that, delete it or make the request as described above.
